For most of our clients, work begins here, with an HR Audit - we are looking specifically at the basics of HOW-YOU-HR © in your business.  From mandatory compliance items, to payroll processes, to 'who does what?' - we look at the key factors and identify your areas of strength and the areas of improvement.

We work with you to develop a personalized Employee Handbook and keep you informed when policies change - and, boy, they do change! Handbooks are maintained on an annual basis with a nominal fee at renewal for our time to re-work your "living document".

Monthly HR Consulting

We provide month-to-month HR consulting for your business.

This service is geared towards clients who have an existing Basic HR Foundation, or are in the process of developing it.
​We meet on-site or virtually at least once a month, and keep the 'phone lines' open for a conversation on any HR topic that you are experiencing such as hiring, leaves of absence, terminations, etc.

A Basic HR Foundation service means exactly as it implies - BASICS.

We begin with a thorough physical audit at your place of business and then compose a list of services to build that foundation. Examples of some of the services within a Basic HR Foundation package are: Employee Handbook, Poster compliance, New hire packets, HR training for your HR designate, Workers' Comp & IIPP (Injury & Illness Prevention Program), WVPP - Workplace Violence Prevention Plan.
