Development of Employee Handbooks are one of our most popular services. We work with you to develop a personalized Employee Handbook and keep you informed when policies change - and, boy, they do change! Handbooks are maintained on an annual basis with a nominal fee at renewal for our time to re-work your "living document".

Monthly HR Consulting
We provide month-to-month HR consulting for your business. This service is geared towards clients who have an existing Basic HR Foundation, or are in the process of developing it. We meet on-site or virtually at least once a month, and keep the 'phone lines' open for a conversation on any HR topic that you are experiencing such as hiring, leaves of absence, terminations, etc.
Basic HR Foundation
A Basic HR Foundation service means exactly as it implies - BASICS. We begin with a thorough physical audit at your place of business and then compose a list of services to build that foundation. Examples of some of the services within a Basic HR Foundation package are: Employee Handbook, Poster compliance, New hire packets, HR training for your HR designate, Workers' Comp & IIPP (Injury & Illness Prevention Program), WVPP - Workplace Violence Prevention Plan. Because no two clients are the same, the package is never the same - so let's have a conversation to begin this process together and create an estimate and time table that works for you.
