Since Clear HR Solutions, Inc. began working with the local community in 2016, we discovered that over 95% of our clients do not have their own HR department; the business owner is trying to figure it out, or task their in-house *HR designee with this critical role.

We begin with the basics of why HR is a requirement, how to improve your existing HR foundation by using our California Human Resources Foundation Checklist ©, how to use resources that might already be available to you, but you just didn't know where to find them, and always learning how to hire, master the CA/Fed new hire paperwork, learn the basics of the IIPP/WVPP, correctly pay, maintain, and separate your businesses employees.

A new session for the second quarter of 2026 will begin in April, all meetings are virtual, 1.5 hours, twice a month (and, yes there will be homework).
