​Every business in California needs an Employee Handbook because not only does it show your employees and the business world (and legal entities) that you are in compliance with mandatory employment and wage/hour laws, but also it shares your own internal company policies which are the backbone of your business' future.

​Every business in California is required to have an up-to-date Employment Law poster.  It is the most basic of the HR requirements which contains the mandated employee rights that your employees MUST have access to. 
  • We recommend finding yours through a major HR resources like CalChamber or SHRM & follow their instructions to the "T".
  • You must also post the appropriate Wage Order for your business as well as being prepared with any Minimum Wage standards for your city.​
