​Every business in California is required to have an up-to-date Employment Law poster.  It is the most basic of the HR requirements which contains the mandated employee rights that your employees MUST have access to.
  • We recommend finding yours through a major HR resources like CalChamber or SHRM & follow their instructions to the "T"!
  • You MUST also post the appropriate Wage Order for your business as well as being prepared with any Minimum Wage standards for your city.
  • Your Workers Compensation policy contains information that must be shared on this form as well.
  • If you have any Spanish speaking employees - we recommend that all of these items be obtained and posted as well.
  • Posting of all these elements must be in a location that is readily accessible and legible to all of your employees.
